Appointments – Parson Drove Surgery

Our surgery operates an appointment-only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery.

To request an appointment, please call 01945 700223. Lines open at 8am, Monday to Friday.

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another clinican.

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10.00am. Home visits take up more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.

Extended Hours

We are pleased to inform patients that we are able to book appointments outside our opening times for your convenience. There are appointments available with a variety of clinicians, Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm. These appointments are held at the Enhanced Access Hub located at Clarkson Surgery. The services available include dressings, ECGs, B12 injections, Cervical Screenings and medication reviews amongst other things.

These appointments are bookable by contacting reception.

Cancellations & late arrivals

REMEMBER if you cannot attend the appointment you have booked, for whatever reason, make sure that you have cancelled it. We can then give the slot to someone else.

Please note:
If you are 10 minutes or more late for your booked appointment the clinician may not be able to see you. Our appointments are usually booked at 10 minute intervals, which means there will be another patient already booked in and waiting to see the doctor/nurse.
