Appointments
Our surgery operates an appointment-only system.
✅ The quickest and easiest way to book or cancel an appointment is through SystmOnline or via the NHS App – available 24/7 at your convenience.
If you prefer, you can still request an appointment by telephoning the surgery on 01945 700223. Lines open at 8am, Monday to Friday.
We always try to make sure you see the clinician of your choice, but if they are not available you may be offered an appointment with another clinician.
If you are too unwell to attend the surgery and require a home visit, please call before 10.00am. Home visits take more of a clinician’s time than a surgery consultation, so if you are able to travel, please attend in person.
Extended Hours
For your convenience, we also offer appointments outside normal opening times. These are available with a variety of clinicians:
Monday to Friday: 6.30pm – 8.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
These are held at the Enhanced Access Hub (Clarkson Surgery) and include services such as GP appointments, dressings, ECGs, B12 injections, cervical screenings, and more.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel promptly through SystmConnect/NHS App or by calling reception. This helps us offer the slot to another patient.
⏰ Please note: if you are 10 minutes or more late, the clinician may not be able to see you, as appointments are usually booked at 10-minute intervals.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
