COVID-19 Practice Procedures

To ensure the safety of our most vulnerable patients and staff, all appointments continue to be telephone triaged by a trained clinician. If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.

Keeping yourself Safe while Isolating at Home

If you are concerned you have coronavirus

For patients concerned that they may have coronavirus or may have come into contact with someone who has, the NHS 111 online service has created coronavirus pages that tell patients what they should do based on their particular circumstances.

Patients with a new cough and or temperature regardless of travel history should self isolate.

Coronavirus Practice Procedures update

The online appointment booking has been suspended.

No appointments are being booked by the Reception and all requests for appointments are being telephone triaged first. We would like to thank you for your cooperation in these challenging times.


The Pathlab and X-ray departments are closed and will only process urgent pre booked and agreed patients.

No self isolating patients should attend
